Shipping Returns Terms Privacy

Shipping

Material handling usually ships LTL freight, not parcel. Quotes include estimated weight and cube. We do not advertise free shipping. Liftgate, appointment, and residential are extra when the dock requires them. Parcel SKUs, when listed, say so on the product page.

Returns

Returns follow the brand on the invoice: unused, in original packaging, within that window, freight prepaid unless we shipped the wrong item. Custom or made-to-order lines are not returnable. Email sales@boltedpoint.com before sending anything back.

Terms

Sales are to business customers. Payment is card, ACH, or net terms on approval. Title passes on our invoice terms.

Privacy

We use contact details to quote and fulfill orders. We do not sell lists. RFQ forms and email are processed by the desk at sales@boltedpoint.com.
